Richard Spicer
Founder and CEO
Richard is an industry veteran with over 20 years in development, manufacturing, and sales for toys, games, and consumer electronic products. Originally from the US, he spent a little over a decade in Hong Kong and China managing operations for WowWee. After returning to the US in 2020, he has been running Pico Entertainment, providing end-to-end services for consumer packaged goods, including development, sales, and operations optimization.
He previously served on the Toy Advisory Committee for the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, and is a frequent feature speaker at multiple colleges across Asia.
Richard is also a certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) with additional certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
Nelly Chan
Co-Owner
Nelly has been involved in the development and sourcing of toys, games, and electronics for over three decades. A graduate of the London School of Business, she kickstarted her career by sourcing manufacturing for McDonald's Happy Meal Toys. She later transitioned to Li & Fung, where she managed their Animal Alley line for Toys R Us. Subsequently, she founded her own company, Toy Hunter Creations, based in Hong Kong. There, she successfully operated her business for almost 20 years before relocating to the US in 2020 to embark on a new venture with Pico Entertainment.
Nelly is recognized as an expert in sourcing and manufacturing and regularly travels to Asia for factory follow-ups on critical projects for her clients.
